30-day return window

You may return your SR16 Smart Ring within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Items should be in good condition with the original charging case and packaging. Rings showing damage beyond normal trial wear may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked service.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping. For other returns (such as change of mind or size preference), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Size exchanges: we cover the outbound shipping on your replacement ring.

Exceptions

Items marked as final sale, and orders returned outside the 30-day window, are not eligible for refund.
