Coverage

The SR16 Smart Ring is covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — including the ring, its display, its sensors, and the charging case.

What is not covered

Normal wear and cosmetic scratches, damage from misuse or modification, loss, and damage caused by use outside the product’s stated ratings (for example, exposure beyond IP68 conditions).

How to make a claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible. We respond within one business day. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
